El jurado estará constituido por los prestigiosos arquitectos:

- Rinio Bruttomesso, arquitecto, Curator de la sección especial "City-Port" de la 10ª Muestra Internacional de Arquitectura de la Biennale de Venecia.
- Antonio Vaillo, arquitecto.
- Enrique Vallecillos, arquitecto.
- Anatxu Zabalbeaskoa, crítica de arquitectura, representante de Formica s.a. que actuará como moderador y secretario del jurado.

El veredicto del jurado es inapelable y se hará público en el acto de entrega de premios que se celebrará en el Museo Guggenheim Bilbao en una fecha que se comunicará personalmente a los finalistas.

A este acto estarán invitados los autores de los 5 proyectos finalistas, representantes de las Escuelas Técnicas Superiores de Arquitectura, acreditados profesionales de la arquitectura y medios de comunicación especializados.

The panel of judges will consist of prestigious architects:

- Rinio Bruttomesso, architect, Curator of the Special section "City-Port" of the 10th International Architecture Exhibition of the Biennale di Venezia.
- Antonio Vaillo, architect.
- Enrique Vallecillos, architect.
- Anatxu Zabalbeaskoa, architecture critic, and a representative from the Formica Corporation who will serve as jury moderator and secretary.

The decision of the judges is final and will be made public during an awards ceremony to take place at the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum on a date that will be personally announced to the finalists.

The authors of the 5 finalist projects, representatives of the Higher Technical Schools of Architecture, accredited architecture professionals and specialized members of the press will be invited to this ceremony.
